Select multiple appointments to change status and type

Allow the user to select multiple appointments in any of the Appointment Lists and change the Status or Type (Fixed, Open, ASAP) for the selected appointments. [3742]

Avoid stopping 3rd parties on every update

Stopping 3rd parties every time that a practice run an update or DB sweep (error 62) Will be great if there is a way to avoid to stop all the 3rd party software's since on previous versions, that step was not required.
