Block patient from being scheduled at all

Could Dentrix perhaps make some kind of Alert system to STOP you from scheduling if a patient has an ALERT of violence, collections, dangerous or something. NOT just a patient alert or inactivate. Actually block them from being scheduled. ??

Inactivate entire family at once

If a family moves, or all go to another dentist it would be easier to inactivate the whole family at once instead of individually

We need to allow all document types from document center to be attached to a claim. A lot of EOBs are PDF documents and they do not show up when trying to attach to claim.
