Instead of having Dr's be a certain color, having the treatment a certain color. So if I have a crown appt and I chose green, the appt is green, My hygiene appt's are pink, my filling appt's are red, etc.... it is so much easier to read the schedule this way.

YES! we had to created multiple providers for the same provider so we can colour code...SO annoying
How about a combination? Allow to schedule procedure by color, but also have a band that still color codes provider. More information at one glance. Two things can be true at the same time....
