In appointment book if you click the red "+" medical history summary icon next to the patient's name you cannot close it because the OK button is outside the un-adjustable frame of the dialog box, unless you select a few different resolutions. The only way to close the appointment book then is the 3 finger salute, CTL-ALT-DEL! Please support differing resolutions and scaling in dialog boxes such as the medical history summary.
