Dentrix needs a way to block certain patients from being schedule at all. For example a patient fails 3 times in a row and we put up a pop up that says SAME DAY SCHEDULING ONLY! However it gets missed and then once again is back in the schedule. We need a way to be able to block a patient from being scheduled all together or to have approval for certain patients to be scheduled
