i strongly want this feature. we can sign multiple notes but then have to manually change status one at a time. and it's painfully slow. and there's no hot key either. (i.e press f7 and it changes status to note complete or something faster)

This would be great. Something like holding shift down and clicking on the ones you would like. I live in Utah and we have A LOT of big families!! First thing in the day or right after lunch is another great example of many patients needing to have the status changes at one time.

This is a wonderful idea for families. Our old system allowed us to do that and we miss it!!!

I would also like to see the ability to change a provider for a given block of appointments in the schedule. This would be most convenient when one hygienist is suddenly covering for another one, since as it stands right now, we need to go in and manually change each and every appointment on that given day to reflect the new provider.

It would be beneficial to have a little star that shows up in the corner of the appointment to notify you when a patient has a cross over appointment. ie. patient is booked with dr and seeing hygiene after. This is helpful for reception as well as people that use automated emails and text confirmation. Right now texts are being sent separately and confusing patients as to when the cross over appointment actually begins.
