DELETE SERVICES FROM LEDGER
For the love of God, we should be able to delete services from the ledger that were walked out in error. EVERY other software allows this and it's insane that Dentrix does not. Thank you.

Completing appointment without Clinical Note
We should NOT be able to "gray out" or complete the appointment on Appointment Book View if 1) insurance has not been batched for the day and 2) if No clinical note was signed.

When a patient updates insurance after claim has been denied unable to delete previous claim to rebill new insurance
If a patient calls with new insurance I am unable to now delete the previous claim (in a new month) and resub. The "work around" from Dentrix is to re-charge ALL procedures back-dated and adjust the over charge just to be able to resub the claim. ...

Skip days the office is not open on the schedule
Time consuming when a patient is on the phone and I am advancing day to day to find an appointment. We are never open weekends, why not skip from Friday straight to Monday

Not allowing Dentrix to default to inactive providers

Individual Procedure Colors
Would like to assign colors to individual procedure codes and have it appear in the Ledger and Chart, also be able to attach colors to referral status, so that referral procedures have a different color than regular ones.
