I hope you're doing well. I wanted to share a feature suggestion that would make a meaningful difference in our daily workflow.
It would be extremely helpful if the Family File page displayed a patient's future appointments. Since the Family File already serves as the central place for demographics, insurance, and account details, having upcoming appointments visible there would allow us to access all essential patient information in one location.
When patients call asking about their next appointment, we currently have to navigate away from the Family File to the Appointment Book or other scheduling windows. Adding future appointments directly to the Family File would streamline this process, reduce extra clicks, and make phone interactions faster and smoother.
