Enhancement for the ledger to be able to pick a range of dates to print.

Would be very helpful for patients to request specific dates for tax purposes, reimbursement and insurance claims. Would help the office with insurance claims submissions for specific dates instead of one large date range.

WEEK VIEW SHOULD ALLOW APPOINTMENT INFO TO DISPLAY IN BLOCKS

Week view should allow appointment information to be displayed in the appointment boxes, specifically if it's the week view for only one operatory. This way a provider can see what procedures are coming up for the week.
