Please add Write Off to the drop-down list in the Family File. This would be extremely helpful to the front desk team to have a quick way of knowing if a patient has bad debt and they should not be scheduled. The options are used for current patients and does not indicate quickly the reason for non-patient or inactive reason. As a front desk team member, I worked previously with Veterinary software: Idexx Cornerstone and we had a wonderful option for Write Off accounts. Their information would still present, but it was grayed and Write Off was displayed as their status and we could not schedule them without management to over-ride their status. It was a fail-safe way of not scheduling that patient. Please add this as an option with future updates. Thank you in advance and have a pleasant day!
