Tx Planner reports: change font for practice & patient name

Allow the practice to specify the font size for the practice name and the patient name when printing the Treatment Case Report.

Imaging Workflow

Dentrix imaging has made our workflow slower. With having to click multiple times to get to the image we're looking for and overall getting used to it. Please bring back the old Dexis imaging & smart image.

Ortho Maximum, separate from general benefits.

Please allow a separate Ortho and Implant maximums for better efficiency to provide accurate co-pays to patients. Hard to separate ortho and general maximums when in the ledger.

e-mail quick letters

It really is silly that to e-mail quick letters to a patient you have to either cut and paste the letter into the e-mail box from dentrix or copy and paste the e-mail in MS Word when sending. there should be a option of sending directly.

Completing appointment without Clinical Note

We should NOT be able to "gray out" or complete the appointment on Appointment Book View if 1) insurance has not been batched for the day and 2) if No clinical note was signed.
