Would like to be able to print Appointment Book View Landscape on 1 Page to be able to see more of Pt's Name. Would like to be able to print Appointment Book View without those useless provider color columns on the left.
Please allow the Pref name to print on the schedule if selected. Also do away with all those ------ before and after the date in appointment 'insert date'
what if we try to get away from printing the schedule for the day and get better about looking at the schedule on the computer. It constantly changes anyway. There is typically a computer or two in each operatory, a computer in labs, front office, doctor's office, break rooms. doctors are having a hard time letting go of their security of a printed schedule. with HIPAA we should not have a printed schedule hanging where other patients can see it anyway. think of the paper and ink saved and the labor saved printing, reprinting, or marking changes on printed schedules.
additional enhancement to appointment note - allow posting on multiple days with one note. I want to have reminder to check on patient show up tomorrow, then one week later, and two weeks later. Now I have to copy, move calendar to the day, and copy. Have an option box with post this note in __ days, weekly for __ weeks, monthly for __ months (where __ is a space to enter a number - like the number of copies in a print dialog)
Please make an option to print day notes in the appointment book view not just daily but weekly and monthly too - we use this for our staff schedules - it would be nice to be able to enter in one place and print out rather than entering here and then making an additional monthly calendar to give to staff.
It would be great if I could set the hours in the appointment book for each day, (ie, 6am to 9pm) rather than it always showing the full 24 hours when we are not open and having to scroll on each page to find our appointments.
