Include Secondary insurance view from appointment book

It would be beneficial to view secondary insurance (if applicable) on the appointment book. Currently you can only tell if patient has secondary insurance if you open the appointment book.

Delete pre estimate claims once treatment plan has been completed and batched

It would be helpful if pre-estimate claims were automatically deleted once treatment has been completed and a real-time claim has been submitted to the insurance.

Ability to disable box on patient alert that says "Do not show this alert again today" through out all workstations

One staff members habits of checking alert box .... prevents all staff members in all workstations from seeing VERY IMPORTANT ALERTS POPPING UP!!! NOT GOOD
