World Pay is AWFUL!!!

Find a new user friendly credit card processing company to use with dentrix pay.  Since the merger and switchover to their new IQ portal, the portal never works. The login never works.  The reports aren't accurate and take several days sometimes to see your transactions.  There are alot of errors when running credit cards where the transaction runs but doesn't post to the ledger. You cannot process partial refunds.  It is completely not user friendly.  The moneris platform wasn't great but dentrix pay is worse with the new Worldpay platform.

    We recently refunded a patient a very large sum. I called Worldpay to make sure it went through. I was guaranteed it was going through a couple of days later. A month goes by and the patient didn’t get their money. I call Worldpay and they say we ran the refund wrong. I asked why I was told everything was good to go and why no one called us to tell us otherwise. They had no good answer.

    We also cannot get onto the IQ site. Their two factor system is broken and whenever we get a confirmation code and I enter it it says “device does not have a unique name.” I’ve called multiple times and they cannot correct this or get us logged in. They even sent a new registration email to us but I kept getting and error that told me to call support. I switched from Clover thinking an integrated system would be better esp. one with Dentrix backing it but this has been a complete nightmare. Now that I see so many other bad experiences I’m disappointed with Dentrix choosing this system for their customers. I’ll be seeking another credit card processor.

    Worldpay is really bad. The customer service is poor, the systems are overpriced, and they have so many hidden fees on top of their high regular fees. Please give us an option to choose someone else!

    Yes, I agree. My terminal went out, called, rep said she'd send me replacement and I'm to return broken one. I received a phone call a few hours later stating it's $325 due to terminal being discontinued(only had two years) Now my other machine(still works) needs to be replaced ($325)due to being discontinued. What a scam! I have also had to call them on other occasions wait time too long and call backs are nonexistent.

    This request is two years old and still has not been addressed. Please make it an option to integrate with a better company. We may need to drop the online payment due to the World Pay portal never allowing us to log in.

    Worldpay is terrible. Impossible to get a hold of anyone. The dentrixpay feature is useful, but the merchant processor is making me want to get rid of the feature.

    Good to know. This seemed like a good idea, and what I'm seeing more and more from Dentrix/HS is that ideas are half baked. Causing more frustration than anticipated.
