If the claim is closed, they will not show on claims manager - but also you can already filter by last note added - the last update column is specifically focuses on notes added, so you can click that column and it will move all claims with a recent note to the bottom of the screen. Though it would be nice to exclude them if you needed.
I want to use the Claims Manager to generate a report of all unpaid claims that have not had a note added in the last 30 days. However, there does not appear to be a way to filter out paid cliams. I feel like thats a big missed opportunity. In fact, enabling filters for each characteristic/category (i.e. Paid or unpaid, PAR vs Reqular Claims) would make this module much more powerful.
this is not efficient all paid claims shouldn't show on this report, yet they are wasting time and money to go look and realize 0 balance
