Being able to have separate accounts for patients that have the same insurance account.

When an older child or divorced spouse have the same insurance account due to subscriber...you have to have the same family account. Need to be able to have the option to separate these patients and still have account with the subscriber/insurance...

Ability to Customize Journal Entry "Types" under Definitions in Practice Set-up

It would be very helpful to have the option to edit the Journal Entry "Types", for instance, under the definitions section of Practice Set-up in the office manager.

Categorize in Family File

In the family file/more information the patients should be color coded according to active, inactive, and non-patient status, so it would be easier to schedule for the appropriate patients.
