The claim status notes are now "hidden". Why did that need to change. I feel like for us doing insurance it makes our job harder cause it takes more time to do our job, especially when doing aging. Please change it back to where you can see claim status notes when opening claim

100% agree! This was the dumbest thing to have change. You now have to click on this box to see it there is a note written. We have a large practice and have several insurance coordinators that look in the box when dealing with open claims. Please change this back!
