We printed a walk-out for a patient recently and their FSA would not accept it because of the term "Billing" in the upper right corner. If it stated "Date of Service", they would accept it and reimburse the patient. Our patient called them and was told that "Billing" could refer to any date and there are people out there trying to abuse them by sending them old claims without an actual date of service on them. If you cannot change it, would you please list the date of service somewhere on the statement for FSA accounting purposes. I did let her know I'd print the ledger for her in addition to the walk-out because it does list everything line by line for now until you decided on this update. Thanks so much!
