Currently, on the upper right of a walkout statement, it just shows Billing Date. In the middle with the list of procedures billed, there is no date. On a SINGLE PATIENT LEDGER printout, the heading above the procedure list just says DATE. I would like it to say Date Of Service. Certain insurance carriers and flex spending require a Date of Service, not a Billing Date.
