The option to print a walkout for a specific patient, on a specific date of service that shows the treatment completed with codes and the payment made that day. Currently, this is on separate forms and a walkout cannot be printed for only a specific date of service/patient - need a start/end date option and the option to print individually and not for the whole family.

Go to Maintenance, Practice Setup, Preferences, Print Options, Click the check box "Use ADA codes in Descriptions". Problem solved. Your welcome.lol
