I would like to be in the patients ledger and utilize the PRINT selections (statement and walkout) so they actually print information not balance forward, in other programs you can click on the ledger dates, payments charges and those selected will print on the statement or walkouts. Having to go out of that area in office manager, reports, and billings and change dates and choose individual patient from there is insane. For example a pt came in today to pay a balance owing of 37$ and wanted a receipt so we print out a walkout and it shows her payment only and balance forward not the information she wanted.
