Aging Report takes too long

The aging report takes too long to be generated, no matter if we select 30, 60 or 90.Would be great if the AR generation speed can be increased since it takes too long/several minutes.

automatically save a copy of an email sent out to a pt in their journal or doc center

When creating an email from the family file, currently in the journal it just says message sent - it would be GREAT if the message typed was saved into their journal or document center automatically
