This is a problem!
Please consider making this available. We just started sending claims with Dentrix(3 months) and our claims AR report has doubled. Most of the time its because the claim was batched but never sent.
I have used many insurance programs, and the fact that Dentrix does not generate a batched insurance claims report baffles the mind. this report is an intricate part of the dental insurance manager. there are a lot of glitches that occur in programs when submitting claims that can batch, create, or send a claim, so it's important to be able to run specific reports.
this definitely needs to made available. very frustrating.
This report needs to be available immediately. I sometimes see a claim "Batched" in the ledger, but it's no where to be found elsewhere!
How long is this going to be in development... this has been a request for over 9 years and this one specifically since 2019?? Terrible that this is not a standard from the get go. Its the only way to find what fell through the cracks...

I have the same issue. I had several claims in the OM waiting to submit and another team member accidentally deleted them from the OM before I could submit them. A report to pull "batched but not sent" would be AMAZING! Having this report yesterday won't be soon enough!

This definitely needs to be a thing that is incorporated into the system. We found that several claims for patients that haven't been here in awhile or just moved away from the area have had claims that were batched, but never sent and it was over 365 days so we weren't able to even resend or collect.
YES WE NEED THIS!!!! I SEE THAT THIS REQUEST HAS BEEN SUBMITTED AGES AGO HOWEVER DENTRIX SEEMS TO IGNORE THESE ENHANCEMENTS IM NOT SURE WHY THEY HAVE A SUGGESTION BOX TO BEGIN WITH............

This is something that should of been implemented many years ago. This is an issue that happens regularly. THIS REPORT IS A MUST!!!
