On AR Report the claims are just sitting there until I investigate why claim has not been paid and then its on ledger just batched from months ago. I send batched claims every morning but somehow batched claims are being missed. Missing out on money and sometimes its passed the filing deadline. There's a report for claims to process but the status does not say batched, says ejected or created.
