add a "COLLECTION" option maybe in the patient status field that will link to an aging report

If we send an account over to our collection agency, but then print a report of over 90 day balances to call patients for a payment, I don't need to see the accounts that went over to the collection agency because THEY are handling THOSE accounts.

When sending out a new patient welcome letter, it sends as a PDF which will deactivate the link to the kiosk for the patient to fill out the forms online before their appointment. This process should be streamlined even to update information and medical histories etc.

It will benefit patients and staff so that the patient information is correct and the patient experience will be better.

Please create a post op call button attached to certain service codes and generate daily list to be able to take home.

We do both hospital and IM IV sedation that need follow up calls. We would love to be able to take home a list of those patients to call in the evening.

Allow a procedure to show its fee in the Ledger, but zero'ed out in the insurance claim with a checkmark click like the "Do Not Bill to Dental Insurance" option.

When we no charge a procedure or give a discount, we want our patients to see on their ledger how much was discounted, instead of it displaying a $0 fee. We're forced to zero them out because when we submit to insurance, the discounted fee has to ...

Patients would like a print out of their ledger for their FSA account for a specific date for example Aug 29, 2019. I don't need prior treatment from prior months with outstanding claims on the ledger for example 07/06/2019! There is also no notes...
