Need to be able to attach lab fees to dental codes for Insurance feed that do not include lab fees in their pricing. Would like to be able to have an option to attach to certain insurance companies. There might be different fees for different insurance companies if the insurance company has a cap that can be charged. Would like to have a Lab Fee List to choose from and an option to apply to the insurance company if lab fees are extra.
