More space for first and last names to be able to submit claims instead of via mail or email

When submitting claims, claims get rejected when submitting because name is cut off. Not enough to enter either first or last name.

Need a report that would print production for a specific insurance company to determine if we want to drop them.

Reset Insurance Benefits needs to auto-run on the first of every month or be able to schedule it to run.

Can't always run this on the 1st since the office is closed and have to make a note on the appointment book to remind me to run it when we're here. Can't schedule this task to run on the first day of each month like I can pre-schedule other tasks....
