More space for first and last names to be able to submit claims instead of via mail or email

When submitting claims, claims get rejected when submitting because name is cut off.  Not enough to enter either first or last name.

    Thank you for the feedback, Currently the first name character limit is 15 and the last name is 20 and cannot be changed. we will consider extending the length in future updates.
