Can't always run this on the 1st since the office is closed and have to make a note on the appointment book to remind me to run it when we're here. Can't schedule this task to run on the first day of each month like I can pre-schedule other tasks. So either need to set it up to auto-run or be able to schedule to run every 1st day of the month.
