When we book appointments we fill in with our staff initials. What we have noticed recently is when there is a hygiene appointment and the hygienist set's complete and continues to book the next Cont. Care apt our initials are attached to the new appointment. Can this field be blank moving forward? If the hygienist forgets to initial her/his appointment it defaults back to the person who 1st created the appointment.

In addition to this it should be the box on the appointment that you choose your intial, when you book, not just the part where is says who created or changed as that is login based, But hygiene doesn't show up in that box. The audit report only shows who is logged in at the time of the appointment.
