we have hygienists at our office that move appointments and it causes issues. at the time, there is no way to take away rights ONLY to move an appointment.
Yes, certain users should not be able to move appointments as some will move an appointment that is unwanted to another user, without management approval.
As of today (6/26/2025) the permission setting: Appointments - "Appointments, Edit" will stop users from moving appointments, but ALSO stops them from opening the Appointment Information window to view the Notes. Please separate these functions into 2 permission options. IE: "Appointments, Edit" and "Appointments, Move"
