So everyone in the office can quickly see if a patient who's scheduled for treatment needs to schedule for hygiene. Especially for offices with multiple providers.

You may be able to use the Daily Huddle to see what patients do not have a continuing care appointment set up. When the Daily Huddle selection menu pops up in the bottom right corner there is a button [Scheduled Patient Setup...]. You can customize this for a TON of resources, including balances due, treatment plans, and more. The selection 'Patients who have overdue Continuing Care with no future appointments' and then the PROPHY selection. This would at least help with the overdue patients. You may also add the '...family member with no future appointment scheduled' to catch families with unscheduled kids or significant others. Hope this helps!
