for prophylaxis it would be nice if there was a symbol on the appt book when patient is scheduled for other procedures to show they are due for recall instead of opening each file and checking if they are due for prophy; if the hygienist works the same day as the general dentist and if there is time they can do both in one day instead of scheduling them for different days and coming in multiple times
