Adding notes, making payments, applying discounts, changing appts etc....If I sign into Dentrix my initials or ID should be stamped on what I do. I don't like having to change the "Provider" to my ID (I shouldn't be under provider because I work front desk) EVERY single time I do something. I see it happen when I make an appt on the top right corner it has my initials showing I created it. Why can't it be the same every time I put a note in the pts clinical notes or make a pmt/discount.
