Please allow the hygienist that is logged into dentrix click the create clinical note to default to the provider that is logged into that workstation. Currently it defaults to the patient's primary provider (doctor) rather than the provider for that day's appt. (ie. Hygienist).

Having a log in is utterly pointless since Dentrix defaults to the patient's primary provider vs the provider who is logged in or actually treating the patient that day.
