Secondary claims processing is usually to only report the primary payment and most secondary claims have no revenue (unless the primary is maxed) Dental Xchange has added too much additional work to us that is time consuming and not profitable. Adding the primary eob should be sufficient on all claims as it used to be with the previous clearing house.
