It would be helpful if there was a way to add a secondary insurance to a claim that has already been sent/payment received. Some patients don't inform the office they have a secondary policy until after primary pays, statements are sent, and the month is closed... you would not believe the hoops one has to jump through in order to send a surprise secondary claim. The "create secondary" button is already there, but you cant use it once primary pays.
