The recent insurance eligibility update has affected all patients who have our office's In-House Savings Plan. Before the update, we could manually "verify" patients on this plan for the entire year so that we didn't have to do anything again until their next renewal. However, now when we verify patients on this plan (green check), they show up the next day as needing to be verified (orange check). This has increased our team's workload SIGNIFICANTLY - it hasn't been an upgrade for our office, and we would greatly appreciate a fix. Thank you.
