Case # 04291445 As of 11/9/2024 our Eligibility Essentials-eligibilty detail is running 4 to 5x's a day, even after we have imported it. It saves all the times it sends in the document center. Once we import it and it shows it is green, it will run again and change it back to the green E on white background (with small red corner in box). This is causing us so much extra work. Anything imported before 11/9/2024, stays green and does not change back to the green E on white background (with small red corner in box).
