We have a patient that had primary and secondary insurance (thru her husband), now only had his insurance as her primary. I checked w/ your team and found out her old ins needs to be deleted and make his primary. "Softdent" lets you make hers "inactive" and just click on his to make it primary. No need to delete anything, in case you need to refer back to her ins. Just a suggestion.
