Dentrix Ideas

When you remove an insurance from a subscriber, it should remove it from the all covered dependents as well. It makes no sense because if you update/change the coverage it auto updates other family members, but when you remove it, it leaves it on every one else covered under the cancelled/terminated policy.

I cannot tell you how many times I've removed an insurance from the subscriber, got busy, and forgot to take it off the other family members.  It should automatically do this , because they can no longer have the coverage.

    Thank you for the recommendation.

At this time, if a plan is cleared it will only be cleared from that single patient account. there are certain requirements that limit us from this option. this request will be further reviewed.

Not cleared from a patient, but cleared from the *subscriber*
specifically. As soon as a subscriber cancels a plan, the coverage
automatically ceases for everyone on that particular policy (that's the
part that should "follow thru"). A dependent sometimes purchases their own
plan, but we just update the info when that happens.

It's so hard to do our work when we're constantly backtracking in dental
software systems just to make it them work efficiently. BUT... I love the
separate reports on the G7 and new additions to the insurance payments.
I'm so happy when I see these wonderful additions!

Anyway, thanks for your help and enjoy your day!
