My suggestion would be making an insurance module that would allow us to make changes specific to each Subscriber and patient on the family file.

After speaking to Dentrix help about what is changed in the insurance module for G7.4, I was sad to hear that any exceptions placed in the module will apply to all patients on the plan. So if we have 100 patients on the same plan out of those 100 people 70 could have different exceptions and % coverage. Coverage for dependents could be different. These insurance policies are so complex now and not every employee on the same policy have the same benefits. We DO NOT want to add duplicate policies for each employee. That would mean we have out of those 100 people that share the same policy, we would have to duplicate the policy 70 times just to put in specific exceptions. That is confusing and frustrating when the solution would be for us to place these exceptions in the insurance module which would generate with that family ONLY.
