Instead of having to change the entire code range for one specific procedure code, you should be able to add an exception for just that code. Example: SRP is covered at 50% but Perio Maintenance is covered at 80%. I had to create 3 lines of code ranges for Perio just to have the correct percent of coinsurance for D4910 to populate.
