Do not automatically put the same procedure code on one line in printed claim when x2 or more of the same procedure are done, as insurances deny it. Insurance companies are requesting all codes be on a separate line with the price per item, as they do not read the quantity...
Example: D0230 X2 $84.00 ins pays $42 & a call or re-sumbmit
Insurance requests that each be on its own line .
It's an extreme waste of time to call & resubmit to insurance....
Claims should print out as insurance friendly as possible
