On insurance claims the deductible comes out of the last treatment code on the ledger when you are adding the insurance payment. Insurances never take the deductible out of the last treatment code. They usually either go down the claim on how it was sent or lowest code to the largest code. Example: D2330, D2391, it should come out of the D2330. This would help our estimates to figure correctly.
