Please allow us to specify which code the insurance company is taking the deductible from when entering in a pre-authorization. Dentrix takes the deductible from the most expensive code. Delta Dental is taking the deductible from the first code in "numerical" order for the dental codes.

Yes! And add a spot to enter the deductible in the "itemize payment" box instead of the "total insurance" box so everyone knows which code the deductible was taken from.
