Preauths are sent with Dr. Fee and ESTIMATED lab fee. When preauth returns and you enter what amount benefits has accepted to pay, this does not change when treatment has been completed and the lab fee is changed to the true lab fee billed to dentist. For this fact we can not use this dentrix feature. I have called support and they too are stumped. Please find a fix!!
