I am entering an EOB where D2950 is not covered by this particular Aetna plan.
Because we use a fee schedule, we charged the contracted fee of $171. However, if Dentrix allowed us to change fees per ins plan and NOT per insurance fee schedule, we could have charged $342 for this procedure. There is nowhere else to put this info.
