Please Remove " Print agreement amount" from this site, as a default for the E-Statements on Quick Bills. as an office of Fee for service this doesn't work. After countless hours of setting this program up and hours on phone trying to correct this we were told this is a problem for offices like our that are fee for service. We would like to use the service but having statements sent out with everyone having a negative balance is a problem. There is a problem internally we were told and need this to be fixed before we can go ahead using E-Bills.
