When you enter an insurance payment into a ledger, the payment automatically goes towards the standard max. The new Insurance set up is great, and we can now add an ortho max to the list. But the payments always go to the standard max. There should be an option to choose a different max if there is another one available. Orthodontic payments should go to the Ortho max, etc...
