It would be great if the billing statements could show the breakdown of services completed, and what insurance paid for each service instead of bundling it into one insurance payment. An insurance claim in the ledger gives each procedure, the insurance fee, what was paid by insurance and also shows if the any portion of the the fee was applied to their deductible. It makes it easier for the patient to understand their portion of the bill.
